Why Me

My path hasn't been linear. I always sensed there was more to life - and that the only thing standing between me and that "more"… was me. As a little girl I studied greek philosophers and was inspired by their wisdom.

What followed was a deep, devoted journey: acting and embodiment work on theatre stage, immersive contemplations, health resets, radical relationship shifts, retreats, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and bold reinventions.

People often asked if I really had to go so deep. But for me, depth wasn't a choice. I don't enjoy shallow living, Im more like whales. In depths I unlocked what was waiting on the other side.

Surprisingly, I'm known for being practical. Maybe because time is my highest value, and I've done so many journeys of all kinds that I understood a lot of strategies sound good but don't shift a thing.

What Qualifies Me

I’m a certified performance coach, trained by one of the most rigorous and integrative coaching schools in the world.

I have 20 + years of studying human behavior in one of the most practical way there is - on theatre stage. I've helped groups of people find their way to authenticity, led yoga and meditation classes, held space for trauma, built up my health, sorted through difficult relationships and understood how identifying with things can either be - our end or our beginning.

I brought myself and my life from a space of a lot of anxiety to a state of inner calm and expression I enjoy.

My path has taken me across the globe—from living in the U.S. and the north of Norway, meditating in Tibetan monasteries and Indian ashrams, all the way to Pacific islands and back to financial advisory councils, plenty of hobbies, building a business and performance stages.

I coach from lived experience, from integration.

Why I Coach

Mindset is only the beginning. If mindset alone worked, we wouldn’t stay stuck in the same pattern loops.

Eventually, we all face the same choice: Rise or Repeat.

It is difficult to hold oneself accountable at the level our evolution demands. That's where I come in. I understand what it takes to build the habits, hold the vision and stay consistent - especially when it is hard.

High performers need coaches. Even coaches need coaches.

Coaching called me over a decade ago. When I finally answered, everything clicked for me and it all finally made sense.
