Why I Coach

I coach because I know exactly what it costs to understand yourself clearly and still not move not from theory but from two decades of living at the intersection of performance, identity, and what it actually takes to change.

I have been a professional actress, which taught me to see the moment someone puts the mask back on - when a person stops inhabiting themselves and starts performing a version of themselves instead. That is a different kind of perception than most coaches carry. It is the one that matters most at the threshold.

I have been a meditation teacher and a long-term body-based practitioner, which taught me that real change does not live in the mind alone. It lives in the nervous system. In whether your body believes what your mind has decided.

I became a coach because it was where all of it finally came together - the eye of an actress, the precision of a structured methodology, the somatic literacy of decades of embodied practice.

Everything I work with has been lived, tested, and integrated. I do not guide from theory alone.

My Path

For more than two decades, one question has guided everything:

How do we live and express ourselves truthfully without distortion, without self-betrayal?

My career began in acting and performance. I spent years studying not just how people play roles, but how they become them and what it costs when the role they are playing is no longer who they are.

That question followed me through leadership roles, years of living abroad, deep body-based practice, long-term study of identity, health, creativity, and human expression.

What connects all of it is integration.

I became an ICF performance accredited coach not to add credentials to a CV, but because the methodology gave precise language to what I had been doing intuitively for years and made it replicable, structured, and safe for the women I work with.

How I Work

My approach combines the eye of an actress, the structure of ICF performance coach methodology, and two decades of body-based practice.

This means I can see what is happening beneath the surface of a conversation the moment the old identity reasserts itself, the moment the nervous system tries to pull someone back to familiar ground and I can name it precisely enough to work with it.

Over the years my understanding of why people stay stuck has deepened beyond the individual. I am informed by somatic, subconscious beliefs, family constellations and ancestral work which means the recognition that the patterns we carry are not always ours alone, and that sometimes what looks like personal resistance is something older, systemic.

I do not manage your insights. I stay with you through the moment insight stops being enough.

This is not therapy and it is not healing work in isolation. It is identity work for women who are ready to build the internal structure that holds who they are becoming, while it is still forming.
